INSAF MASOOD PRINCIPAL, SECURITY ENGINEERING

Formerly CISO at Gradifi, Centaur Labs and Aberrant Inc., Insaf brings over two decades of expertise in offensive security and enterprise-grade cybersecurity. Specializing in Red Team operations and penetration testing, Insaf has led offensive security engagements for enterprise organizations including Morgan Stanley and TikTok.

Insaf holds an MBA in Innovation & High-Technology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a BSc. in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth, MA.

JOE FINSTERWALD PRINCIPAL, CYBER OPERATIONS

Formerly the CTO of First Republic Bank, Joe has substantial experience in digital transformations. Joe also has experience implementing security programs for startups and large companies. Prior to First Republic Bank, Joe was the founding CTO at Gradifi, Inc.

Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran and holds an MSE in Computer Science from Brandeis University and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.

MARTIN R. MARTINEZ

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Former U.S. Army officer and Deloitte consultant with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of defense and technology. Extensive experience advising organizations on emerging technology, transformation strategy, governance, and program execution.

Martín is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
